Vocal group from the Bronx composed by Lead Singer Jim Carlock Jr. with Richie Laringoine, Danny Sabatino and Joe Colavito. The Splendors singing locally, and 1961 have a few of demos songs as "Winter Time", "Senior Year", "The Slob" and "Rita" never released on 45 rpm.
For my taste The Splendors have a very good white doo wop sound.
