The One Stop Harmony Man

For over forty years Alan has been making music, and for many of those years Alan was the most respected harmony singer on the UK session scene working with Elton John, Shakin 'Stevens, Wham, Bucks Fizz, Take That, and Sheena Easton to name but a few. His voice de él was used extensively for such acts on tours and recording. His name de él can be seen on both writing and recording credits for Elton John, and recording credits for artists such as Celine Dion, Leo Sayer, Mike & The Mechanics, Alan Price, Toyah etc. etc.

Alan is present in the doo wop recording guides of the United States of America with his 1978 studio recording for Creole records under the name of The Telegrams with the songs · "Oh Baby Please / Hey Baby".

At the beginning of 1979 Alan made doo wop recordings in the UK under the name of the Five Sapphires.
