This recording is not present in the doo wop music guides, but I think it is a good candidate to appear in them.

Janice Ann Deblon, was born in Oberlin Ohio on January 5, 1943 Janice had a beautiful singing voice and after graduating High School she left home to make her mark in the music world. She recorded a record in the mid 1960s that was a cover of the Phil Spector tune called, Oh Yeah Maybe Baby, (this song was the B-side to the Crystals 1961 US debut single composed by Spector and Hunter) under her stage name of Janice Lynn.

Her song by Ella was played on radio stations in the Cleveland area and made it to the Billboard top 100. Janice passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 28th, 2020 She battled Alzheimers disease for many years.
